NBA’s first unanimous Most Valuable Player

on

Stephen Curry had one the greatest season of all time and is the reason why he was named the NBA’s first unanimous Most Valuable Player (MVP).  The only other two players in the NBA who came close to winning the MVP unanimously were LeBron James and Shaq who missed it by one vote.  It is no surprise that Curry won the MVP this year, the only question was if he was going to win it unanimously, and he did.  This year Curry led the league in scoring, steals, free throw percentage, player efficiency, three pointers (NBA recorder) and leading his team to NBA best 73-9 record.  Accomplishing all these thing while averaging under 35 minutes a game.
